yes for freedom of speech tp properly work we not only have to hear things we would rather not hear,so that we can reply to those said things in the way we want also. It's a double edged sword, you can say what you like but you may hear what you don't like

Yes...but the hitch is that their thoughts and beliefs have to be ASKED FOR! They don't have the right to spout off to just everyone. Only if someone asks them, should they be allowed to talk. You can't just assume that everyone wants to hear your opinion. It's rude, and at times feels like your being attacked! I have the right to SHARE my thoughts and beliefs, but only with someone that has asked me my opinion. And keep it light. Don't go all weird and fanatic. State it unemotional, and without a bunch of extras baggage that they don't need to hear in one talk.

Well yes, but depending on what r the thoughts. You can't just say to somebody you r awful in his face, or when you don't like the food somebody which somebody has cooked for you and tried hard......In any other way yes everybody has the right to express.

YES, everyone should be allowed to express their thoughts and beliefs but not the feelings that hurt others. Thoughts are different from feelings. A racist should not be reattributed just because of expressing his thoughts and these thoughts may do not please others, but it is not right to allow him insult others.
