i didnt feel anything coz i do it all the time.i wink,i nod,i say hello to perfect strangers all the time.its the way i am & i dnt think i will change now.

That's the first thing I do when I enter a patient's room. Smiling helps to put them at ease with you. I like smiling because it makes you feel good.

I never smile at strangers........Actually, it happens sometimes, when I'm waiting at the bank or in a shop, and people r polite, i smile back .It also happens when I see babies or small kids, and the do something funny:))LOL

I do it everyday, i was always, taught that if someone didnt have a smile on their face to give them one of your own, i know it may make me seem like a loony sometimes, but what can it hurt, for all i know the smile i give could change someones life for the better.

I just did, on my way walking home. It feels good. And most of the time, they smile back. Smile is very infectuous.

I doubt that I've ever done that... I haven't walked on the streets actually and there aren't many people walking the streets where I live.... so... But I do smile at people whom I pass in the hallways at school... I dunno... I just feel like showing them that it's okay, that high school isn't that bad...

If I smile at a stranger they tend to think I'm going to murder them. I can't think why.

I smile even when they are not and 99% of the time they smile too.

... just this afternoon on my way back to work. She was so pretty in her shrug and skinny jeans that I can't help but think she looks so much like this local actress ... only to realize that it was indeed her! I felt flushed!
