Every day I go to bed with a resolve to get up at 4.30 a.m and do yoga and meditation. My biological clock does wake me up. I remain in a self-induced belief that it is not yet that time. Suddenly I wake up and find that it is well past that time. To-day, when I woke up it was 5.15 already. One who conquers sleep, will get what he wants. I wish you also try and get up early and do yoga and meditation.

Well normally I get up at 6, but this morning at 4:20 my grandmother with dementia decided that we all should get up, so I was up for a while with her before getting ready for work.
