WOW, wayyy too detailed of a question.... not gonna answer each part of this... "how it is possible?" I mean, how broad is that? are you looking for actual hormone and neurotransmitter names and fuctions? too broad..

but to answer... some fish, most plants are born XXY, platyhelminthes (roundworms) and some cestodes, specific nematodes can change their sex... I believe the Ascaris Lumbricoides is my "favorite" sex change organism... it is a hermaphrodite and impregnates itself and lays eggs by itself.. without ever seeing another Ascaris. (human parasite)

if you're wonderin what the fish is.. an exmple is a goldfish.. all i know is that it can be pregnant and lay eggs and it can also impregnate.. is the term ryt? nwei, i gezz it's irreversible i mean once they've change, they change nd i think they're sex organs are like that since birth.. it's worth a try.. do i win?

Many reptiles can. Often they are determined when they are in the egg and the heat chages them from male to female or vice versa. Thats all I'm sure of I don't think that mammals can change sex on their own. :)

Some types of fish can change gender if theye is only a school of females and the male died.
The 'head' female fish can change into a male.

you cant just change sexes you can be asexual to begin with and be born with no male/female parts or both.
