I am also Italian. I was born in Sicily and lived there for ten years. I have been in the UK for some time and I now work in an IT recruitment company in London. There should be no problem for you finding a job in the UK provided that your English language skills are appropriate. This depends entirely on the kind of job you apply for. If you apply for an IT job you will have to make sure you have the relevant qualifications, an Italian degree in theory is just as valid as an English one.

As an EU national you are entitled to come to the UK in order to seek employment for a period of up to three months and then, if successful, remain indefinitely while working. It would probably be a good idea to obtain a certified translation of your Italian degree if it is going to be relevant to your employment. My British degree is written in Latin and I remember having it queried!

Yes you can.
Italian University degrees are fully accepted within the EU. It may be necessery to get a legal UK confirmation, but I'm sure it is possible.

If you're part of the EU (which you are) you can come. You need virtually no papers and can even vote in local elections.
But if you're just trying to dodge the draft, It'll be years before you can safely go home to Mama without being arrested.
(for those who don't know, all Italian men are still required to serve in the armed forces)
