they were like woolly caterpillars on an invisible string aimed at kids that you could wrap round your hands and stuff. there was usually a tv demonstrating what they did. my friend NEEDS one but doesn't know what to search for!

Try this site, they are made by Smiffy's. I loved them too, used to give my gran a regular heat attack as she hate's wriggly creepy crawlies!

depends where you live,but Sea Life centres normally have them,my two children got theirs from there last year but cant remember what they are called sorry,but i hope that i have helped

i had one of them once i begged my mum to buy it for me and she did and i got out of the shop and she opened it for me and gave it to me, i took and she pulled it slightly and it completely freaked me out and i threw it on the floor screaming and cryin 'its alive its alive' stamping on it. i thought maybe tellin you this would bring back what they are called i no this doesnt help but i tried sorry x x

you can still buy them I got one two weeks ago at RANCH in clacton .....look it up on web site
