Try the Dell company website and search for drivers on the site... you will definitely find it ... all reputed companies keep the drivers available online on their sites...
Or else you can go to a service center and get the driver to the CD-ROM... they will do it for free if your computer is the warrany period.

Normally with any version of Windows beyond 95, a driver is not needed for a CD drive. It is automatically detected by Windows itself. Try going into the Control Panel and the System icon. Click on the Hardware tab and the Device Manager button.
Find your CD drive and right click on it. Uninstall the device. Reboot the PC and it should refind the drive and reinstall the drivers for it.

It sounds like your CD drive is broken, as Windows editions after Win95 do not require drivers for them. You might want to ensure that the drive is detected in the BIOS first. If not, open the PC and make sure that the drive is connected properly.
If all this fails, buy a new drive, it will not cost you much. You can mail me for further help if needs be!
Hope this helps!

opportunities are severe the CD force itself has lengthy gone undesirable (fantastically if the workstation is an previous Win98 field) CD drives don't have limitless lifespans and are purely $30 products firstly- try some diverse CDs to be certain in case you are able to't examine any of them, or basically that one. If no longer something is known, the force itself likely desires cleansing (try a $5 equipment like those used for CD gamers) or alternative.

If you go to the link below, then click on technical help. It helps to have written down your computer serial numbers from the sticker on the side of your unit, they will ask for this. If you put in your serial number they will know exactly which driver you require which will save guessing.
Luck!

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
