faithful and loving is all that matters. She doesn't have duties. That's B.S. You both have a duty to love each other and to be faithful to each other. You are equals, and if you remain faithful and loving to each other their would be no reason ever to stop loving her.

Well I look for someone that I could see myself with 60 years from now. Her duties? Well that depends on where you are, how you were raised, me personally, not much. She does what she wants. Just so that I get the same respect in return. And when you find the right person, you wont have to worry about not loving her anymore.

I'd go for decent looks, has to have a nice caring personality, fun to be with, and not to mention playful! we dont like those boring girls that just sit there applying makeup etc. Oh, and she must know how to cook!! This shows us guys that shes wife-material =D
Hmm..what would make me lose my interest in her? If she starts telling me around and trying to be the head of the house. I'm not saying that i wont listen to her, after all the main part of making any relationship work is compromise.

If you know , how to maintain a good fresh & clean house , know good cooking and can be proved to be a good host while serving food without making any gossip and complaint about the day , know how to recieve him with a charming smile with a welcome drink in a hand , know how to act like a whore in the bed , know how to act as a mother while he is low and depressed , know how to make him smile by sharing a joke like a good old friend . Minus one can make one to start thinking negatively .Anyway very nice question .

Marriage is a big step and alot of responsibility. Make sure she is your prize package. If she is the grand prize you are looking for, go for it. Just remember, times will not always be excellent, you will have differences on opinions, and values. Marriage means you both have to compromise sometimes. Don't let them differences get to ya, and you'll be fine. .....ps...make the pact, that you never go to bed mad at each other. Its worked for me, 21 years married.

"Equality" Both intellectually and emotionally. Marriage should be a partnership. Not an assignment of duties!
