Why do you "need" an English name? Is it a self-esteem issue, or just to make things "easier" on your English-speaking friends? Screw 'em! Stick with Lim!

But if you don't like "Lim," that's a different story.

How about "Liam"? Not much different, foreign in its own way...

You dont really have to change your name. I think it is just fine.

If you want a change you could go with initials

L.W. Chiang

J. L. Wen chiang.

Justin can't be shortened. Andrew can be shortened to Andy Chiang. I think it depends on if you want a more formal name like Justin or something that can be shortened and less formal.

Liam? Liam Wen Chiang?

However, you really shouldn't change your name for the sake of it.
