You know what, given the logistics and the number of people, I would get it catered, pre-made, where you just heat and serve. You could do that for $7 a plate.

you should buy one of those turkey fryers! although im sure that would be a pain with 50 people.
how about a pot luck thanksgiving? make a list of all the things you need and assign them to people. all you need to buy is those metal pans with the flame on the bottom so the food stays warm!

Do a potluck and have everyone bring an item, that way your cost will go way down
