You will get all sorts of different answers about this. Personally I think Tiscali if fantastic, very good deal with the broadband and phone line together with calls. However in my last address I found BT was better?
I think a lot of it is down to your location and how far away from a phone exchange you are.
Lastly, every day they are all coming up with bigger and better deals, look at Tiscali, very good at the moment. Other than that BT.
Good Luck!

What kind of broadband services you are looking for? Where are you located? in USA? Anyway, here are some useful links, where you can compare each of the services, and get the price quotes for free. :-)

hi, having tryed, BT,AOL,NTL.....have to say NTL is the best, never lost concetion, never had any problem's with them, AOL was the worst, had loads of problems with service and BT, well thats another story.....my advice is go for either 4mb or higher, it's a much better service than just the 1mb....hope this helps you....good luck...

I can name you a few but you didn't really specify your location!!
if you live in the uk, you can compare different providers in the following independent website
http://www.adslguide.org.uk/
There are other similar web pages for different countries!

AT&T or SBC!
Just so you know DSL is dedicated and more secure than Cable!
