All Americans do not believe in what our President is doing. I did not vote for the man because I knew we would be back in Iraq if he got elected. It is sad that he used the victims of 9/11 his gateway to Iraq. All Americans are not like him. I could not understand how so many Americans could not see what he would do if he got elected. It is a no brain-er to predict what he was going to do. In our elections last week, I think they have finally woke up to the fact of what he is doing.

I love our country because we do have the right to freedom so to speak. Apparently there are a lot of folks in other countries who like our country, because they trying to come over here for citizenship. They are tired of their government running their lives. We do not have to agree with our government but at least we have the right to voice it. Hopefully, now our country will head in the right direction.

1st question: of course Bush is manipulating the country. He's a politician; that is what they do. Blair does the same in Russia, Mushareff in Pakistan, Chirac in France, Blair in UK, etc.

2nd question: I disagree with the question. I don't think any country has a monopoly on the big picture. Are you saying that Iran, North Korea, Australia, Sierra Leone, Cuba and El Salvador all see the big picture? Do you think North Koreans, with their state-controlled media, have the big picture?

3rd question: why do you think Bush isn't doing us good? Don't you have the big picture? He's lowered our taxes. I'm not sure most Americans do think Bush is doing us good. His poll approval numbers are very low and his party was voted out of power in Congress. You probably know all this since you have the big picture.
Bush wasn't elected because everyone loves him and thinks he is so wonderful. We voted for him because he was the lesser of two evils. The other choices (Gore and Kerry) were clearly worse.

4th question: Are you saying that people who live in other countries don't think theirs is the best? Don't Frenchman think France is the best? Don't Canadians think Canada is the best? Given that, what is so wrong with Americans thinking America is the best.
A few of the things we like: the scenery is beautiful, the people are generally friendly, taxes are low, there is a wide array of affordable consumer choices. Whatever you want to do can be done here. If you want to climb mountains (as opposed to Denmark), go to the beach (as opposed to Switzerland), make a lot of money (as opposed to Cuba), practice Christianity, Buddhism, Zoroastrianism or Hinduism (as opposed to many Islamic countries).

Not everyone in America agree's with the course Bush has taken, however he is our president and we are stuck with him for the time being. The American public is fed up with Bush's actions as you can see from the recent elections that put more Democrats in the Senate and Congress.
