Yep thats a guilty conscience. You could do the work again without using a translator and apologise see if that clears it. If your finding it hard just tell her you used a translator because you were finding it difficult and could she aid you with it

You feel sick because you got caught and you hate that. Have a private conference with your teacher and be honest and sincere. Apologize for lying and mean it!

never ever ever lie too a teacher, this will follow you around fropm teacher too teacher, and may be in your permanent scholl records, ounce thats dumped in your permanent scholl records, you can do nothing---- you lied plain ans simple hons--- think next time---

im not sure what the details really are but if you did somethin dishonest to make beleive that you were something which you weren't then you should fess up & ask for forgiveness.
