Like any other war nobody likes it or wants war but somethings in life have to be .The war stinks I fought in Korea in 1952 we had to , today South Korea is free , we hope to take a country like Iraq which was run like a dictator state and free its people and give them a chance for democracy and in doins=g so we must loose lives .
Nothing good is gained without hardship I wish it wasent that way but it is .
Ouyr e`arly fathers did the same against the British in the 1776 the world did it in Europe in 1917 beating an agresive Germany again in i941 again agvainst an agresive Germ any we did it again in Vieet Nam to defeat a comunist regim . not once did we go to war for the reason to get the spoils or to take land no we go to war to help others who cannot help themselves . I hope` you understand this .
