i was there in 1995, very interesting city, but then i was only in the downtown core...i wonder if they can really justify re-building residential sections if the threat of an even greater storm than katrina may come through again and overpower the levee system...?? thank you..

I was over there a few weeks ago and it is looking really good. The culture is so rich and it is such a wonderfully strange place. The people of New Orleans should keep up the good work because it would be a great loss if they did not rebuild.

With today's technology I hope the politicians will learn from past mistakes and put money into rebuilding the best levees possible.

i think the city of chicago the one that had the big a s s fire did along time ago and it came back stronger
