Hi there,
Check the recipient's country's mail service website to see what are their requirements.
If you are really in a hurry, use http://www.transferbigfiles.com/. You can send up to 1GB with that website!
If you are mailing frequently, check those: http://www.mailersco.com/bubblemailers.htm
Or you can check your local Post Office, they have them as well. Buy the polyethilene ones that are waterproof, mail often gets wet!
Good Luck!

Get one of those bubble envelopes for tapes and cds. I get mine at Walgreens drug store or the post office or UPs Store or WalMart. They are usually a Yellowish Envelope with bubblewrap on inside.

Just post it as usual! Make sure you cover wuth 'air-bubble' sheet so that, it will not break and also write "Do Not Bend" at the envelope.
