Why not think of the needy this christmas - instead of spending hours wandering round the shops looking for ways to make someone's already comfortable feet even more comfortable, spend the time visiting sick and elderly people in your local hospital - brighten up their day. It's much more valuable than a pair of slippers. Then, when they're not looking, just nick the best pair from under their bed.

Do what I do. I set an amount that I WON'T go over and find a pair that I really like within that budget.

Mine cost me £2 from Primark and they are the most comfortable ones I've had. I never spend more than £6 on mine.
