Probably not, it's a long way round, there used to be a ferry from Corfu to Bari or Brindisi, get a bus or train from there.

No, it's not worth it.
You can catch a ferry from Corfu to Brindisi or Ancona and then catch a train or a bus or rent a car to Rome.

There are ferries to Bari, Brindisi, Ancona and Venice. Afterwards you can get to Rome by either bus or train (your best bet). Most of the ferries are overnighters and there is one that can get you to Brindisi in three hours.
