Yes, it is funny but I expected more. I think he's in danger of crossing the line from character parody to self-parody.

Very funny, in a crigeworthy way. If you enjoyed seeing people fall for Ali G's outrageous questioning, never daring to contradict him because of the 'Is it cos I is black' thing, then Borat will be even more enjoyable!

Hugely entertaining film!! I went to see it with my girlfriend this weekend and it had us in stitches. Some moments are, as most of SBC's work is, painfully cringeworthy, some are downright disgusting but nevertheless.......anything poking fun at the ignorance that surrounds one nation with it's head so far up it's own backside has to be well worth the £6 admission!!
Enjoy it and don't be afraid to laugh out loud!!

i seen borat last night. it was funny in certain scenes. generally the film was ok, not sumit you'd buy in my opinion, but summit ok to watch on sunday night at cinema when your bored. people easily offended should not watch this film as he completely disrespects anyone who is remotely different to himself, i.e religion, culture, sexuality.

I enjoyed the movie, found It funny, presumably because I am not a Kazach. It is a visual version of a "blond" it seems.

Yes, its really funny - though I feel I must warn you there is one scene in there that is just horrendous! You'll know which it is when you see it....its awful, but will probably have you laughing the most!

my boyfriend went to see it with friends, came home that night and was still laughing and was still quoting parts of the film.

i spoilt the anticipation by downloading a mince copy of it. still wanna see it though. it is hilarious.
