I spent years as a skinny bones trying to put on weight. I finally found that things like Ensure chocolate pudding (which is rich in nutrients) and Twinlab weight gain powder shakes -- in ADDITION to trying to eat more -- finally put on the pounds I needed. I also exercised a lot more and that stimulated my appetite.

A note of caution. You may get so used to eating more that after you reach your goal you might start going over.
