about every other day i get a message that my java script isnt enabled,so i go through the process of enableing it and it will be ok for a day or so and then i get message agatn that it is not enabled and on,and on ,and on. what am i doing wrong that keeps disableing the java script

To things could be happeing here....
One as mentioned above you got spyware.... Spybot Search & Destory along with Microsoft's Defender are the best scanners...
Use both sometimes one will pick up what the other missed.
Two you have program that keeps editing the options in Internet Explorer.
Three even though I said there isn't a three. I did have problem with Windows on my sisters comptuer on serivces. Basicly Window's was glitching out and re disabling a service I had turned on... This I fixed in another account (the admin account in safe mode)
