Since I became disabled (8 years ago) we have always spent Christmas at my sister-in-laws...this year she's going on a (well-deserved) cruise; so I'll be at home.

I really appreciate what my sister-in-law has done for us all these years...but I'm quite looking forward to spending Christmas Day in my own home!

FYI - 'my own home' is a bungalow with a view of the "Lakeland Fells" from the front windows and over "Morecambe Bay" from the back... idyllic. It's my most favourite place in the world...added bonus? A 'downstairs' loo! ;o]
