An inspector finds a prostitute unconscious nxt to an abandoned Inn. The prostitute gets amnesia, forgets her past, becomes as innocent as a child (is this possible?)She's forgotten how to read or write, but knows how to talk. So, basically, she symbolizes how humans were before they were affected by the ways of society. Anyways, the inspector hates her at first, because she is, after all, a prostitute, but later on comes to love her-of course, this happens towards the end of the story. Anyways, what should the mystery behind her having been lying unconscious of next to an abandoned inn be?Who tried to kill her? Why? And should I have the inspector find a diary of the prostitutes which tells of her life before she got amnesia, like, the story will change from the present to the past, narrated in first person by the prostitute (her diary)And also, should I have her memory return later? How should the story end?Turn her back into a prostitute,by the influence of society

Your story sounds great. It should keep everyone interested. I think it would
be nice to have her be a nice person when she was a prostitute. Maybe she
was trying to do a good deed when she was beaten up? Help someone
else avoid the same life? I like the inspector finding her diary. I don't think
she should remember her past. Wouldn't that be too cruel? Could she
find work at a women's shelter....helping other women...or something along
that line. Keep up the good work. Of course they have to get married.

Your story, you decide, if it was me, no diary because back then if a woman knew how to read and write she would not have been a prostitute. But clues to where she worked and who she worked for, for the inspector to find. Also considering the date of your story, an abandoned inn is not a place she would be found, have her found in a rich neighborhood at about 5 in the morning by the local patrol in rich but torn clothing. Have her be a prostitute, but not a known prostitute until near the end, after the inspector has fallen in love with her. Have the person that dumped her be a very rich person, like a Lord or something who is basically above the law for those times.

Turn her back into the prostitute, with todays society I find it very fitting. If you want to have her past reveiled throughout the movie, then maybe you could have the same thing happening to her, a vicious cycle. But I wouldn't reveil the good details of how it came about unti lthe end, a good way to tie it all together, and a great psychological ride.

he should find the diary, but not tell anyone about it until the very end of the story.
