The best choice would be a urologist, but a general practitioner would probably be able to help you, though he may just offer you a pill.

Go only to an Indian Ayurvedic doctor for this problem . or a chinese traditional doctor is just as good.

ED is cause by many possible things, so any doctor can help you determine if you have underlying diseases which may cause this. I would recommend an internist.
