Huh? Your husband is taking female hormone pills and you don't know why? What reason did he give you? There are medical reasons for a man to be prescribed female hormone pills, it does not automatically mean that he is planning a sex change operation. Maybe you should try talking to your husband.

The only reason a man would take female hormone pills would be if he were planning on transitioning into a woman. A cross-dresser just dresses as the opposite sex, doesn't try to BECOME that sex, so yeah, he could possibly be transsexual.

The most common reason is to take on more female attributes such as a higher voice or breasts. If your husband is taking any medicine, you have a right to know. Ask him what they are for.

Yes, to feminize the physical body in growth of breasts, feminization of facial structure, and feminine deposits of fat around hips and buttocks instead of the stomach, where men carry it. Generally this is the reason for transsexuals.

Perhaps he's contemplating a full sex change? It's the only thing that springs to mind for me...a doctor would not prescribe these as a matter of course.
