I've held pee for 3 days. I know it's dangerous and can cause bladder issues and if you're a male prostate issues and trouble holding an erection. I can hold pee for a long time if neccesary or for experimentation.

i dunno i think it is more of a mind over matter thing for me. because on the flight here to germany from dallas, i held it the entire trip. but once i landed at frankfurt international i ran to the bathroom.
