I mean I remeber one time with my friends, whenever they asked me about girls and girlfirends and where I take them out, I would go quiet and change the subject.I jsut sometimes wonder what if a person were to do that thruoghout his whole life.

It is possible to repress anything. If your religion bans it then yes you can go your entire life without entertaining such thoughts. Whether this is healthy or not is another question (a reduntant one at that).

I have to agree, do not repress your thoughts and desires, it leads to such unhappiness.
Like many others I repressed my sexuality for many years but since I accepted, and indeed celebrated it, I am far more balanced and happy.
