Do a red/yellow blend. i imagine too a lot yellow....or too a lot red....will be frightful after awhile. don't be fearful of prints both. As children develop they commence to ascertain information and could love if there is a few thing to spotlight that they could see. Why not have a red accent wall with yellow curtains....then positioned a large fluffy red rug through the children mattress for taking area in on? red and yellow at the same time will be very lovable. you may personalize bedding to verify that and it is going to fairly look lovable. for my area, as a pediatric nurse... i imagine what makes children extra sensible is a lot of stimulation. no matter if that be seeing hues, listening to music, listening to moms and dads voice in a good tone, .....only continually have the children interest concentrated on some thing. imagine creative and prescient, listening to, scent, style, and call.... all of those interact the children concepts and make their brains energetic. a touch one it fairly is only tossed in a crib will conflict through developmental disabilities even in spite of the actuality that there is no 'actual' clarification for it. they could be emotionally engaged to thrive. You sound like you'll both be magnificent moms and dads. the toddler isn't even right here yet and already you've that's ideal pastime at coronary heart. Huggggsss.... the toddler is really fortunate to have both one in all you. reliable good fortune! Sharon

I would go with light yellow. It's good for boys and girls and goes well with any color furniture you decide to put in the room.

A neutral colour would be best. It sounds boring but it will work especially when they get older because it'll be easier to change the decor without having to make sure it matches to colour of the room.

Same color as the rest of your rooms. I have seven children and none of them had any comments about the walls in their rooms until they became teen-agers. One wanted to paint his room Black so he could set up a special lighting system to coincide with his sterio music.

have you decided on a theme? a muted green (light olive) would be nice if your going with a winnie the pooh theme. a light shade of yellow would be awesome if your going with a noahs ark type them. The greens and yellows are the best if your not sure of the sex.

I would go with ivory, that way when you find out the sex you can play it up with either girl or boy colors.
