most companies charge more to deliver concrete if it is less then 6 yards so take the cubic feet convert it to yards and hope it is over 6 yards. You can save money by forming grading it yourself and just pay for some one to pour and finish it

It depends where you live, when I working in NY the prevailing price was $ 6.00 per square foot. In south Carolina I have seen adds in the paper for about $ 3.00.

depends on the size you want I am a concrete contractor in RI, and depending in type of finish you want it ranges anywhere from $8.00 sq ft to $18.00 sq ft
