There are too many differences. Agnew resigned for cheating on taxes before he was VP, Nixon for trying to cover up White House involvement in the DNC burglary. Bush's and Cheney's crimes have been connected (don't say they've done nothing wrong; their wireless wiretapping was against the law).
Anyhow, isn't a 2/3 majority of the senate needed to impeach? The GOP in 1974 had principles and turned on their corrupt leader. The GOP today will stand by Bush no matter what he does.

The resignation of Agnew had nothing to do with the resignation of Nixon. The issues were seperated by time and acts of behavor.
It is highly doubtful that Cheney and Bush will follow in the steps Agnew and Nixon, as neither has broken any laws or acted in a way deserving of impeachment.
Even if the democrats decide to impeach them just for the sake of doing it, they do not have the vote in the Senate to do so. Remember, the only reason they have the majority is because Lieberman caucussed with them. He will not vote to convict, as he does not see criminal behavior from the White House.

No, we're going to have a replay of the John Glenn era when a whole bunch of Democrats are going to have to resign from the Senate when it's discovered that they are so crooked that they make a corkscrew look like a straight line.

If you knew your history, you would know there was nothing similar at all between the two circumstances.
I think you've been whipped into such a furor by the recent campaign lies that you're totally lost.
try a little light reading.

I don't think so. They will lie, deny, change legislation (as they have all along) what ever it takes to keep a grip.
