Do International calls automatically with-hold caller ID when calling UK mobile phones?
I am on the Orange Network.

It depends on the network you are calling from. If the roaming network supports CAMEL and you are an Orange subscriber then then no, it won't be withheld. It always works with an Orange prepaid phone (because that requires CAMEL)

When roaming with an Orange phone I've found it's about 50/50. If it is withheld, then accessing voicemail is a pain as the voicemail system uses the caller ID to identify you. In this case you need to type in your phone number and PIN to access voicemail
