U can just enter what you actually want in 'Google Search' , it will show innumerable number of websites related to your search whatever u give. u can browse through every page and take the one u want..

Search the Internet for images. For example:
http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=nature&btnG=Search+Images
Open the image you like and save it to your harddrive (right click -> Save Image as...). Once on your hard drive open it with Paint (right click the image fiel -> Open with... -> choose Paint).
In Paint choose File -> Set as background centered from the menu.
