that would be poetic justice. Its because as a country we are very confused with rights and wrongs, and our politicians are too weak. A gang of three forigners jailed for life today and after beating people near to death for credit card pin numbers "the most violent criminal gang in London" according to police. Between the 4 of them they had 36, yes 36 previous convictions. They will be reccomended for deportation after they have served thier sentance, shouldn't that have been done a long time ago beore they had the opportunity to offend 36 times? and should they not be automatically deported, they will always be a danger!

Don't worry...or do!...these people are all ex-addicts and therefore are going to die around 50......just hope they haven't managed to breed yet.
Human rights pertain to food, water, warmth, safety, sleep, and all other random basic things everyone should get.
BUT.
Receiving expensive drugs, that may have to be administered by a nurse is not included in ones ‘human rights’. They already cost the government £40k a year, why waste more money on weaning them off drugs. The guards are not doctors and they are not in a hospital. They should serve their time in prison, if they have a drug addiction, then tuff, your not aloud drugs in prison, so it looks like is going to be cold turkey.
We spend to much money on these people without getting anything back, most of these people will re-offend anyway and whay are they going to spend this compensation on, getting another habit and ending up inside again, requesting that they be taking off drugs in a ‘humane way’. Balderdash! Cold turkey is the most ‘human’ way to get off drugs, using different drugs is just a chemical replacement that should not be administered anyway.
Hope the Lawyer get cancer (in his nuts!)…..Cu*t

You started off so well.... what happened?
It seems ridiculous that proven criminals are being allowed to sue the prison service but I think it's just fits with the pattern we have developed over here 'where there's blame- there's a claim'. People aren't taking responsibility for their own actions which have got them where they are in the first place.
If a case is unfounded it should be dismissed by the court- no need to go wishing death on people's families.

They get away with it because everything is geared up to
help the criminal , and not the ordinary person in the street who
doesn't bother any one , but get a parking ticket or one
misdemeanour and your fined right away.. Rob , drug deal
or a company loosing peoples money like Fare Pack , and it seems that the laws on your side , Bailing you to commit more
more ma hem or compensating you for your own drug taking.
The decent people have had enough. Cheers

I think you'll find that the prison service is supposed to "rehabilitate" offenders as well as act as deterrent. Substance abuse or any addiction to drugs, once in the system, is extremely damaging to the individual involved and the addiction is not their fault but a biological reaction to an unfortunate evil spread by the suppliers, sellers and manufacturers for huge profit. To rehabilitate anyone who has suffered from substance addiction is a lengthy and professionally-guided therapy involving far deeper fixes than simply removing the chemical.
These people need to rehabilitate their minds to work harmoniously in society, therefore they need help to change their mental outlook on life, particularly life without drugs. Removing drugs with no associated therapy will have no effect on their rehabilitation whatsoever - they will re-offend immediately upon release.
PS. Your car crash thing is utterly childish and shows a complete lack of understanding of the mental bahavioural traits that cause offenders to offend.

the place is the decide? that's the place your son has to bypass if she refuses to instruct over the youngsters whilst he exhibits as much as take them for the summer. whilst he is going to try this, he could have an approved replica of the custody order in his palms. If she does not comply, he can call the law enforcement officers, instruct them the qualified order and consistent with possibility, the law enforcement officers will direct her to launch the youngsters. in the event that they don't, son has to bypass to courtroom for a contempt order.

main reason is that we have such a weak government, other important reason is that Blair and his wife and many friends are all lawyers earning vast amounts of public money by these stupid legal cases. when Mrs Blair is not acquiring freebies at political events she is a left wing barrister being paid our money to represent the low-life.
Of course this kind of thing will continue, it is easy money for Tonies Cronies. If Blair is charged in connection with selling peerages then remember who will decide if he faces trial....one of his cronies whom he put in office!!

The paper is driving me crazy today with this nonsense! Or how about this? You can get your tattoos removed on the NHS if if you need life saving treatment for cancer, it is considered too expensive!
BTW - your comment about families dying is ridiculous and will muddy the waters. It is unnecessary and shocking.

It's typical of the state of the country today. They should be grateful that they are now 'clean' of drugs and can have a fresh start in life.
