As what being said of eagles: they usually stay away from human beings and rarely attack except when cornered. It can be aggressive towards humans who disturb its nesting sites or appear to be a threat to its young.

I believe that eagles have different moods too - you are unlucky to meet one with a bad mood. It is not strange. I heard of many cases of human attacked by eagles. I had a friend before who suffered from scratch marks on his arm and head.♥

Yes. Birds do attack especially if they're nesting, its their instinct to protect their babies.
