look back through history at some of the clothes men have worn in the past; frills ; tight leggings; pompador wigs ( think that is the right name) heavy make-up
admittedly most of these were of the "nobility" or wealthy people
I dont believe it is an activity that these men can control completely - it is something they are born with.

if he is a decent person;treat you well;does NOT abuse you in any way - tehn you really do not need to worry aboyut this.
at this point it may have just been somethign that has piqued his curiosity so he has been checking things out
as someone else said- you really need to ask him
throughout history there have been some well known men who have preferred to wear ladies apparel.
I such person in recent times is Australian race car driver/journalist/author Peter Wherrett

have a look at this site http://www.gendercentre.org.au/41article6.htm

Crossdressing does not mean you are gay. Crossdressing does not mean you have gender identity disorder. Why don't you ask your husband what is going on in a non-threatening, non-judgemental way, if you can do that. Let him know you love him but you know what he has been doing.

Shaming him about this will not help.

People's sexuality is a very personal thing and it happens whether it goes against their upbringing or religion or whatever.

If you can't work it out by yourselves, seek counseling.

Good luck.

cross dressers are not necesarily gay.
It's a turn-on for many guys to be dressed as women. In a guy's eyes, there is nothing that he can do that puts him into a position where he is adored or lusted after. Women, on the other hand, ARE adored and lusted after. Especially if they have good bods or pretty faces.
I would guess your hubby has a self-esteem/image issue that he has not resolved. Instead of questioning his sexual interests, tell him of your love/respect and how much you appreciate his abilities in bed and competence around the house. Guys generally like being appreciated .and told they are sexy.
