Phoenix and New Jersy both boast quentessential pointguards with spectacular finishers - Steve Nash & Jason Kidd; Vince Carter & Shawn Marion; Richard Jerferson & Amare Stoudamire - If these guys met in the finals it would be the best series to watch WHO AGREES?

No Way!!! Sorry to disapoint you but that would be a disapointment.. It would mean better teams were not playing up to their pontential.

Good question - two teams with excellent backcourts and not-so-traditional big men.
I give this one to the Suns. Basically their run & gun game is incomparable, and if Amare gets 30 or 40 minutes a game without getting fouled out he will be a force, since he has the athleticism and speed to beat Nets guys like Krstic and Robinson.
New Jersey has a chance though. Id love to see them get back to the Finals and reclaim the East, but unless they produce a great big man who can block and rebound out of Robinson and Krstic, it would be tough for them to beat this Phoenix team.

Now that I would pay good money to see! I can only imagine how many highlights, three point shots, and dunks the fans would be treated to.
Both teams run the fast break but I'd give the advantage to the Nets on a half-court because of their famous Princeton offense. But in terms of manpower, I feel the the Suns just have more weapons.

man that would be a great series to watch to teams that just run dunk and dazzle the crowd oooohs and aaaaaahs all over the arena we can only hope

if the nets are playin run&gun with the suns...then its the most exciting game t0 watch..well, at most i agree...
especiallyif both teams gets hot on the offence..playmaking, fastbreaks, dunks, 3 pts...wow!!
but probably nets would slow them down with their defence as it worked well for them...
