Message: "Had fun. E. "
There was a sexy devil emoticon after it. She doesn't know I looked at her phone, but I was just trying to be nosy. Think she may have had sex with another guy, but not sure what the E. part means. This text was one she sent to one of her girlfriends after she went out with her "friend". I think it might mean "everything"? Not really sure though. Tried to find an online text message jargon dictionary, but didn't really come up with much. Please let me know what you think.

She was not drunk. She sent the message to her friend named Crystal. They are good friends and she also sent her a text that said "I am nervous" before she left the house.

sorry mate but dont worry about the text message. if your having problems then time out is not the answer its a beginning of the end. if your having problems and both say you want to keep this relationship then maybe you need some help. if you cant do it on your own guys then try a counselling society. RELATE is the most popular they can be found online or at the c.a.b or the doctors surgery.
good luck
and may god bless your marriage

It means she text crystal telling her she was nervous as crystal knew what was about to happen, she went out without crystal but with a friend called "E" so "E" text back had fun.... isnt it clear?
Having fun dosent always mean sex! but someones name begins with E?

Since you are so good at snooping why not look again copy the number down, call it from a pay phone and see who answers.

Can you not look at a copy of her mobile statement to see who she's being phoning on a regular basis?

I think when your in a long term relationship it's a good idea to have contract phones with itemised bils which are filled for both to see, keeping things in the open helps to keep things like this from happening and improves trust.

If you've both nothing to hide then the extra cost of contratc rather than pay-as-u-go will be worth it to cut down on these lack of trust issues.
The same goes for credit card bills, etc, get some files and have everything out in the open, your and hers.

If she is on contract mobile and you can't find the 'missing' bills there possibly is a way to see them, you can email me obzi@yahoo.com and i will tell you how. I'm not sure if it works with pay-as-u -go, depends on the network.

I would say that 'E' is an initial. Does her name begin with an E? Does she have a nickname people call her? Don't jump to conclusions just yet. Look at other areas of your lives. Is there any other behaviour you've been suspicious of recently? Has she started to dress differently, wear perfume or make-up more? Has she started to go out with certain people more? You're right to hear alarm bells, but bide your time at the moment and look for other signs. I'm sure you know deep down if something's amiss with your relationship.

Two possibilities.

1) The name of the person who left the message was Elizabeth

2) The name of the person who left the message was Edward.

The truth is, it's a bit ch to type a bunch of characters on a phone pad.

It was the initial of the name of whomever she just had a blast with.

The "E' part sounds like the initial of the person who sent it. Sounds to me likethere might be other things going on to make you curious enough to check her phone. Ask her who "E" is and what the text meant. Then ask her for the phone number of "E" and ask them if you are not satisfied with the answer. If she has nothing to hide she would have no problem if you were to call and get to know "E".

Best thing to do is talk to her. I don't blame you for being suspicious as when i once checked my partners phone i found messages to and from girls that he had never mentioned before. He said they were just friends but how do i know this is the truth. I do question him occasionally face to face and i know if he were lying then i would be able to tell frm his facial expressions. I guess you just gta look out for suspicious behaviour, such as her being extra nice to you when she normally doesnt or how she answers calls on her cell phone.

Hope i was of help.

In the first place, if you don't trust your wife your marriage is already wrecked.
What does it mean? If you ask a hundred different people, you'll get a hundred and ten different answers.
The "E" (if I were to hazard a stab-in-the-dark guess) is probably the initial of the sender - this could easily be Ernie, Elaine, or "Enormously better endowed than your wimpy husband".
If it turns out to be "Ernie", don't shoot the milkman, or Trigger.
