I desperately need to fall out of love, before it turns into obsession. This has never happened to me before. I fell for a complete stranger. I don't know anything about him, but that doesn't matter anyway, we can not be together. I can't get him out of my head! I fall asleep & wake up thinking about him. It's been going on for months. First I thought I would get over him... eventually, but it's not happening. HELP!

I can't go over and say hi ... that is ... I'm affraid to do so. It coud be the beginning of the end of my current relationship. Skippy, you're right, I must be terribly lonely.

There's no point in confronting him ... my instinct never fails me ... he's perfect ... and I'm ... well ... hoplessly in love.

Just a guess but if you say you can't be together is that becuase you're already with someone? Either way I think you are only obsessing over this person because you're lonely. If you still see this person around go over and say hi. If not go out and meet someone new or talk to your partner if that's the case.

Don't give up on a relationship before it's even started ! If you can't stop thinking about him, you must be meant for each other ! Go over and tell him how you feel, even if you feel nervous doing it, you can guarantee he'll be just as nervous as you. You'll know straight away if he's interested back, if he is then it's great, you can work on it from there, if he's not, that will help you get over your obsession with him and help you change your feelings towards him. Believe me I know, I tried it with a woman I couldn't get out of my head!

Ask yourself, are you happy in your relationship or has it gone a bit stale? if you are happy why are you out there looking? Is something missing from the relationship you are in?
You need to move on one way or another and fast, better the devil you know than the devil you dont and believe me this is true.

Go for it - it's better to have regrets about what you have done, not about what you haven't done. Maybe he's a loser - maybe he's the love of your life. Find out. x

That happened to me before, and i forced myself to meet thuis person and i found out he was a loser, so talk to him get it out of your system.
You have built and image and idea in your head and thats what you love but that person might be nothing like you think force yourself to talk to them and i bet they are nothing like you have made them out to be in your mind.
