what species are there to poach in singapore?

Our laws are very lax on nature conservation. You'll find people trapping wild pigs, wild birds, monitor lizards that are becoming rarer on this islands. We even allow the sales of turtles for dinner. They are getting rarer of course. There is a lively trade of live corals which disrupt the sea ecosystems. But technically, these people are not called poachers as they have not broken any laws.
