This is for a sociology project; because people tend to reject guys who wear silver/gold anklets or consider them as gay.

YES!!!
I am wearing 3 Jamaican twine anklet..... it looks very nice especially if im wearing shorts.... i wear it all the time... even going to the office.... but if you're more than 30 already.... im not sure if it still look nice on your guy......unless he's a surfer or a mountain climber.....

Why not? Jewelry is not gender-specific. If guys can wear bracelets, why can't they wear anklets? A simple accessory is never unacceptable.

yea i think a simple anklet is fine. it kinda also has a bit of a beachy look to it. as long as it isnt flshy with charms i dont really have a problem with it!

Guys wearing anything on their ankle would woory me. Even if it was twine. Maybe on their wrist, but not on thier ankle. Thats questionable.
