Frequency f = 1/T. where T is the time period to complete 1 wavelenght.

Natural Frequency is the frequency at which a body stays without the influence of other forces.

Is that the frequency wich a body vibrate without acting any force on it.

Onluy you need to produces a small vibration and the body begin the virations... that's is the natural frequency iof vibration

natural frequency probably refers to the resonance frequency of a structure, like a building or bridge.

For example if a building or bridge vibrates at it's natural frquency it may collapse.

It may also mean fundmental frequency
