No I do not agree. It certainly isn't the wealthiest country or the cheapest to live in. However, Britain is in the top 20 list on the "wealthiest" and more up to date countries. Therefore, it is surely better than much of the world.

its better if you dont work.
You have a free NHS (you can even get cosmetic surgery on it!),freedom of speech, if you commit a minor crime, all you get is a fine; a major crime you usually only get a small jail sentence (sometimes only 3 years for murder!) plus the jails are warm,comfortable and you get 3 hot meals a day,free education and training, pay for the work you do in prison,every cell equipped with a window; free housing and pocket money if you dont work in britain and feel free to breed prolifically, the state will take care of it all.
Most taxpayers will tell you its a sh*t hole and they want to move abroad.

It isn`t, any more, it is a joke here, the country has gone mad, and it is a bloody rip off as well. How do young, newly weds afford a house here? The government is an *** the NHS is a shambles, thugs rule, shall i go on? This beautiful country, has been ruined if you ask me!!!

I am British, I do not agree. I want to know why it is so difficult to leave and become an immigrant elsewhere unless you are rich, I am not, I would live in Sweden, if I could.

It was great once, sadly no more. The culture, lifestyle and laws are being slowly diluted by mass immigration of an inferior nature.
