i think they are going to try and push it through next year with out referendums. EU presidency changes next year too. i think in light of events in the middle east, it is considered a pressing issue.

The constitution had within it, thousands of clauses and directives that would have been instantly made law throughout the EU. the referendum was soundly rejected.
But the EU elite are never going to let a little thing like public consent from getting in their way, so, they are going to attempt to intigrate the clauses of the constitution into national laws by stealth.
The EU experiment has gone too far and is in no way democratic. It serves only a tiny elite and therefore we should withdraw and become a fully independent state once more.

They are dreaming up ways to con us out of our money, trying to find a way so that unelected people can run our lives. rushing about from junket to junket having a whale of a time with our money.
