Hi I live in Melbourne but I visit Brisbane quite regularly..When I lived in the UK I could buy BB guns freely and I enjoyed using them..Does anyone know if it is possible to buy then in Australia and what is the laws on them.

Since like 96 Aussie people cant own them because of the murder thing that happened. Its just a crack down on weapons that the government thought would help but as we all know criminals can still get guns. So good luck.. it will get taken as soon as it hits customs, you might have better luck trying to find one in australia some where

Good luck, its illegal, to own any type of gun in australia now without a licence....
