It could be anxiety or hyperactivity. Or if you feel like you have to do a certain ritual (tapping a certain number of times etc) to feel less anxious, it may be obsessive compulsive disorder, but only a professional can diagnose for sure.

The big one on the inner corner is called great toe.
the one next to it is called second toe.
then the third and 4th toe. the last one is called the small toe.
