She Knows my feelings and tells me that one should control his feelings. I find difficult to act only as a friend. Will this friendship ever last as the expections from each other are not same. Should i go ahead with such type of friendship and force myself to behave like a friend which sometimes i also find it difficult. Looking for some thoughts/suggestions

You can still love her. Loving is never bad.Your love for her requires fine tuning.Love does not always mean and include sex and possessiveness.You are lucky that she tells you to be her friend.Be humorous and turn the tinge of sadness into mirth. Enjoy her company whenever she offers.Be open to love. Like knowledge let it come from all sides.Love the smile of a baby in cradle. Love music, clouds, flowers... Love life. Good wishes!

Have a serious discussion with the girl. Tell her that you know that she would like to be your frnd only but once you have all thesee feelings, it becomes difficult for you to act too formal. Tell her that you are not trying to rush her into a decision but just that you feel as if you are acting all the time and has too much to control when you want to talk to her on another level. Tell her that she should not take it to her heart and perhaps you ppl should maintain a distance for sometime until you start feeling normal around her or she feels ready enough to be able to accept you in another role. This will help you not to feel as if you live two lives. Tell her that you hope she understands. Maintain very formal relationship for sometime restricted to a 'Hi' or 'Hello'. If she has feelings for you, it will show on her face or she will try to be with you again.

sad to say.. she isnt ready for you... she had some insecurites and troubles insde her mind.
she did it for a purpose... so many agendas we dont know.
but if you really love her.. dont force her, love is patient...
if it is for you, believe me, it will come to you, just treat her the same, wiith all the care and all the things she need to be treated. dont be afraid to show it instead of speakng for it. lke they say acton is louder than words... and maybe one day she will tell you how you've been there all this time.... and she had fallen for a guy she only said for friendship.. that she kept on looking around when all she was looking was infront of her... dont give up. at least you wont regret you show kindness instead of hate and revenge.

i think u should be a gentleman and be her friend for the time being. may be she'd see that u are really a nice guy and might fall in love wit u.but dont force her.. that will ruin everything. be patient everythin will fall in place.. ask her the reasons why she doesnt love u. then try sorting the issue out. be confident.

Hey!!! i guess im not the only one...look im a gal!!! and i told my guy to keep his feelings untill the right time comes....now that you meantioned how you feel when your gal said that i guess i know what ma guy is thinking!!!!!
Dont worry the girl...well im sure she loves you...dont try to force her...just help her alot...you play around....and she might come back..well ma guy he keeps on hitting me...you know in other words flirting...i know you must totally miss her..and im sure da gal feels the same way....i do!!!!

If you are not ready to accept her only as a friend, leave her and go to some one else who can give you what you want and not frindship. Why do you pressurise her when she has clearly stated her position. Accept her as she wants to be or leave her. You can not dictate her.

i think it's not wrong but dont show your feelings to her anymore for your dignity and wait if she felt that she missed the way u used to treat her or she prefered to be just your friend..let her miss u and think of u and you will know her true feelings..

she has been honest with you. it depends if you can be her friend. you will have to be the one to make that call. it depends if you can be her friend with no expectations?? if not i suggest you forget about her it will be YOU that gets hurt in the long run
