This looks like a relicating virus and can also be a worm, anyways you have to first of all doa online virus scan to verfiy if it is a infection or not you can do a scan (most effictive I found) using this link:

If you have a DSL connection try doing this scan in Safe Mode (A troubleshooting mode in Windows XP and Windows 2000) follow these steps:

1. Click Start and then click Shut Down.
2. In the drop-down list of the Shut Down Windows dialog box, click Restart, and then click OK.
3. As your computer restarts but before Windows launches, press F8 key. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press F8 when the boot menu appears.
4. Use the arrow keys to highlight the "Safe mode with networking" option, and then press ENTER.

Now start a scan using this link:

Once the scan is over you will get a report send it to me or if you have enough knowledge of Virus removal try troubleshooting.

You can send the final scan report to me at this add: nukecity83@yahoo.com
