Bend It Like Beckham Quiz

In the movie, Jasminder's friend, Tony, confided in her that he's gay... he didn't say it out loud "I'm gay"... twice he mentioned "I REALLY like David Beckham". Then there Jules's mother, who misunderstood the friendship between her daughter Jules, and Jules's soccer pal, Jasminder. She crashed into Jasminder's elder sister's wedding and accused Jasminder of being a lesbian: "How dare you stand here like this with your family when you've been kissing my daughter behind my back?... Get your lesbo feet off my shoes..." or something like that. I think Jonathan Rhys-Meyer was a miscast though. What "Bricks" said is inaccurate. The guy who wanted to "start a relationship" with Jasminder was putting on a show in front of Jasminder's parents and relatives. Jasminder had won a full scholarship to train with the American women's pro football team, and she needed her parents' permission to go to the USA, so her friend, Tony, came up with the idea that they should pretend to ask her parents' consent to be engaged on condition that they allow her to "study" anywhere she wanted to... and all of this happened right after Jasminder's elder sister's wedding, and after Tony had "come out" to her some days before.
