By driving, about 25 hours unless you are a cannonballer.
Add breaktimes for pitstops for food, gas and using the bathroom. Anywhere between 27 - 31 hours of traveling time.
That is if you are using 2 drivers on rotation on the interstates (no scene routes) without accidents on the roads.
By plane, 4 hours give or take.
If your are traveling alone, forget driving, the cost of the plane ticket is not much more than the gas, meals or possible motel room for the night.

At least one day of full driving. To fly is about 3 -4 hours.

It takes a couple of days to drive. Plus whatever time you spend waiting at the border.

I've done the drive and it took us about a full day, but we stopped a lot for lunch and washroom breaks and stuff.
