Are you suggesting that the fine people of Texas might be bigots who would discriminate against someone because of their race and religious preferences? Oh my!

How can he be a 'hard-core republican'? If he's Muslim, all his ideas of right and wrong are based on the Koran, which includes things like women have no rights and belong to their husbands (literally as property!), men should be allowed to have more than one wife and all people who are non-believers of Islam should be killed.

If more people like him get into power, guess what'll happen to your laws? You might as well ask the same thing about someone who used to be a nazi but is now a 'hard-core republican'.

So long as he is not a Wahabbi Muslim, sure we would. Sufism is an excellent form of Islam.
